Key Note Speaker, Cole Porter, President of Porter Steel.
Cole Porter is the President and Owner of Porter Steel, Inc. in Lilburn, GA, a structural steel and miscellaneous metals subcontractor that works on construction projects across the Southeast. Being born and raised in Georgia, Cole is proud to work in and be involved in the community where he grew up.
Cole will share his experiences as a business leader, his challenges, his successes and discuss his company's mission of improving lives and leading by example. This is an opportunity you do not want to miss.
In addition to his work responsibilities, he is very involved in both industry associations as well as civic service organizations. In addition to his leadership at Porter Steel; Cole serves on several Boards and Committee aligned with his mission. Cole lives in Monroe with his wife, Kaitlyn, and his three children. In his spare time, Cole enjoys traveling, weight lifting, art, politics, and listening to books and podcasts.
Kristan VanderHeuvel, ENVSP - Director of Impact & Engagement - The Water Tower

Kristan is a strategic engagement professional with over 13 years of experience in the water industry and a passion for helping others understand the importance of water for every aspect of life. Her expertise encompasses research program planning, working with stakeholders and technical experts, project management, building partnerships, and grant administration.
In her current role at The Water Tower, Kristan leads marketing and communication strategies to elevate visibility and impact, develops meaningful partnerships to foster collaboration, drives fundraising efforts to support our mission to provide innovative solutions for utilities, and directs TWT programming to engage stakeholders, students, and industry professionals.
We will be awarding a check that evening to our Charity Spotlight, Creative Enterprises. They are celebrating 50 years of providing a training and employment community rehabilitation program for people with disabilities.
We are excited to have an evening of great conversations, business networking, a variety of beverages and great food.
