Caroline Dotts is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and CliftonStrengths Discovery Facilitator. She is the owner of Strengths On Site, a coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping individuals and teams discover their innate talents and unlock their true potential. Caroline spent 14+ years in higher education but left in 2022 to start her own company. She currently works with higher ed institutions, tech-startup companies, marketing firms, a global real estate advisor firm, and law firms. She works with individuals, teams, managers, executive leadership, college and high-school students in 1:1 coaching sessions, team workshops, virtual webinars, and keynote presentations.
